Movement reminders are general nudges, not physiotherapy or medical guidance. Stop anything that hurts and talk to a professional about your own situation.
Reasonable use
Do not attack the service, scrape it, use it to harass other members of a group, or put content into reminder text that you would not want stored. Accounts that do may be removed.
Your content and your account
Your reminder text and history stay yours. You can delete your account at any time from Profile. See Privacy for what is stored.
Changes
If these terms change, the "last reviewed" date above changes with them.
